Custom Themes

Taking suggestions for custom Nova themes in this post. I am not working on any today, I need some rest, but I plan to start working on the first tomorrow. I am not sure how complicated it will be so please be patient.

Suggestions should be Vekari-related and can be colour palettes, locations, characters, creatures, stories, bands/businesses, anything I can build a complete theme around! I can't promise the suggestions will be used, but I will see what I can do

If you feel up to it, you may also attempt to build and submit a player-created style using the following information:

• The base style should be prosilver: https://www.phpbb.com/customise/db/style/prosilver/

• It should include a header bar with the Nova logo and some form of theme-related image either in the background or alongside. Make it interesting! images/site_icons/title.png

• You should include a "Theme Made by" credit to yourself somewhere

• The completed theme must be presented in a ZIP file format and not contain any extra documents not needed for the theme itself to work

If you have a player-created theme to present, please send me a message on Nova so I can let you know how to send it to me, if it won't attach to the message to begin with

I lied I started looking into it today and it is not as simple as the guide makes it out to be

I ended up just making the file structure as described and copying the entire themes folder like it advises against doing because for some reason trying to use overall header to import parent stylesheets doesn't work properly? Keeps messing up parts of the page layout. I don't have the time or patience to figure out which exact file or line is causing issues so I'm just going to very carefully not touch anything except the CSS lines I need to to change colours and images on things and hopefully everything will be fine

This one is coming along quite nicely but there is still lots to do. Seems to be working fine so just a matter of piecing everything together. I am a fan of this reddish purple colour we have going on. Glowy links is one of the best ideas for this so far
