How do I get a Vekari account?
In order to register for a Vekari account, you need to have a manually-provided user ID. These are currently only being given to Cyber Goblin members, Early Access Readers, and select testers. If you would like access, you can view membership options at https://ko-fi.com/inkusalters. Everything in that link helps support my work on Vekari!

What can I do with a Vekari account?
Registered users can post on Nova, create a simple profile, send direct messages, directly interact with registered Vekari characters, earn achievements, and will soon be able to save their Vekari site preferences across devices. More little features can be added later, but it is not required to play or enjoy the game itself. Just a fun extra with a little community!

Why is it invite only?
Because the main team for this game consists of (1) disabled person and I simply don't have the energy to deal with bot accounts and bad actors. I run a tight ship but it's for everyone's safety, and most users will never encounter a problem with moderation.

What if I forget my User ID/username/email?
Reach out to me from or including in your message the point of contact that I originally sent the invite code to and I can retrieve it for you. I write that next to the code in a physical notebook so there is no hacking risk and no stolen emails.

Can I update the point of contact you ask me for?
Yes, you can message me through Nova to request the update and delete the message after I've recorded it.

Can I continue playing Vekari without an account?
Yep. Nothing changes on that end, still progressing as it would if I never did this. You will never need an account to enjoy exploring Faktoria or voting on story parts or visiting the library or progressing your quests. You will not come across gatekept areas aside from the login screens. Nothing of actual importance or value is being kept behind a paywall or invite code.
