Concerts are your best bet for fun. Bands like TX2, Ice Nine Kills, Ghost and more a worth it for a good time.

Sadly it does cost money, unless you can sneak in past the guards/staff.
As for your hack bar question i missed, I am not sure about one of those but you could check out the group Anonymous.
