Vekari Jam 2025!

The first Vekari Jam is being held this year over on itch.io! You can check it out and sign up in advance here: https://itch.io/jam/vekari-jam
This is an event where you get to show me what you see in Vekari, and I get to offer you my help in any artistic/tech field I have knowledge in to try to make sure you actually have a finished project to be proud of by the end of the jam. Since Vekari's world is under CC-BY, you get to use it and its historical lore as a base for your own games, art, music, zines, anything you'd like, as long as you include a credit to me for making Vekari. It can be fanart, or you can make up something entirely new using the information you get from this site as a base, or you could make something that takes place on a completely different planet in the same universe! The finished project is yours to do what you'd like with after.
It will run from June 1 to July 31, though you don't need to use the whole 2 months to make your project. You can do as much or as little as you'd like.
The unofficial winners, now that Nova is here, will be getting special achievements and Vekari registration codes if they don't have one already, in addition to the rewards stated on the jam page. I'm excited to see what everyone comes up with!
