I am joining you in taking pain meds because fun fact anxiety can cause you to tense up your muscles and if your like me its specifically your shoulders of which can lead to a massive headache apparently.

did you know you can take pain meds in advance if you anticipate getting anxious like that
you can also take them for overstimulation!
